Should I taper off NDT?
I have searched and read in this forum (and elsewhere), but cannot find much information on how to stop taking NDT altogether. In 2016 I started taking NDT - I didn't fall into the hypothyroid levels for THS/FT3/FT4 but had several symptoms since I was pregnant in 2006. (Test results below, before NDT

HELP! Symptoms getting much worse on NDT and I’m scared.
hello- Having being diagnosed as hypothyroid in November I’ve stated NDT (ERFA) as my first time on medication. I’ve been warned to potentially expect some unpleasant side effects but I’m really scared at the moment what is going on. I’ve been on it for 5 weeks and my symptoms have got MUCH worse.

Has anybody experienced this?
Good morning everyone! I’ve been reading lots on here, but never actually written anything myself. My husband and I are going through our second cycle (short protocol). On our first attempt, we had 7 eggs, but only two survived and we had them transferred at day two. Unfortunately, we both lost them

4AA but same again, bleeding. Feeling low and need support please. Is it natural killer cells?
Yesterday was 6DPT and we had a beautiful 4AA embryo transferred. This is my 3rd cycle of IVF and we have never had this quality before. We also got a 4AB and a 4CA that were both able to be frozen. Again we have never had anything to freeze on past 2 cycles. To say we were more hopeful this time around

Vaginal irritation after using pessaries
Hi ladies, I am on 6th week through ivf, using progesterone pessaries twice and also taking pio shots. Has anyone experienced vaginal irritation around the labia while using it. Any remedies to overcome the itch/irritation there. Thx.

Zoledronic acid infusion for osteoporosis- I have to consider this
To fill in some historic details: I was treated for many years by Katharina Dalton for Premenstrual Migraine and Sinusitis using natural progesterone (Gestone Injections). Successfully. I hadn't been able to work for nine years but after treatment started went back to work full time. When she retired

Told to stop progesterone after OTD
My partner had BFP today 14dp5dt. It was a fresh embryo using ICSI. She has been told to stop taking progesterone. Has anyone else experienced this or should she be given more? Shes very worried seeing lots of people been told to take them up to 8 weeks or more. Thanks

HCG beta - should I get it done?
Hi, my OTD is Wednesday so I just spoke to the clinic to see their process if my tests are still positive then as this is all unknown territory for me! They said they don’t do HCG beta as standard for fresh transfers and just see you next for the scan at 7 weeks. They said I can pay for it and have it

Will be body also be producing progesterone now I’ve got a positive and therefore stop my period coming?
I know I should be trusting the meds to keep my period at bay but tomorrow is my period ‘due’ date in my natural cycle technically if I was to have one, but had positive tests since yesterday. I’m on progesterone and I had my levels checked the day before transfer BUT I’m paranoid 🙈 the reason I’m

Levothyroxine V Progesterone/Estrogen dominance?
Is it possible that I’ve gone down the wrong road to feel well? Two years after starting Estrogen only treatment for menopause I developed hypothyroid symptoms. I always assumed I didn’t need progesterone as I’ve had a hysterectomy. However, I recently discovered the key role that progesterone plays

8dpt 5db and tested negative today with a CB test. What are our chances of a positive test until actual test date of Friday (6 days away)?
Hi, we had our blastocyst 5 day transfer 8 days ago and for the first 5 days I was so convinced the embryo had implanted as I felt a pin prick sensation twice, which was comforting and had mild cramps. However, 5 days after transfer (4 days ago) things started to go in the wrong direction and I no longer

GP & Contraceptive Pill
hello, I was wondering if anyone has been using the contraceptive pill to help reduce symptoms and grown of endometriosis. Does it work? And have you been using the combined pill or progesterone only? My consultant advised I start taking it but I’ve been having problems with my GP. They are refusing

Progesterone level
So I had a failed fet and then a chemical - with the chemical I had some spotting from test day. I asked about progesterone and from the off this time I have had lubion injection once a day added on to the two cyclogest pessaries. I asked the clinic. If they would measure my progesterone. They did so
