corticosteroide and aspirin

Dear Ladies,

Hope that all is well with you,

I have a daughter (2 years old now) via IVF without using either aspirin or corticosteroids.

the question is I had 2 failed transfers even though I had perfect lining and progesterone and the embryos were class A and B. they did not implant

Do you think that i need aspirin? or corticosteroids.

did someone use aspirin after not using it in the first pregnancy?

thank you

Hi sarahkhoury. Using low dose soluble aspirin/heparin can help to ensure good blood flow to the womb and lining, Also it works towards preventing any clot formation. The corticosteroids is sometimes used to boost your immune system, so your boady doesn't see the embryo as a foreign body. Have a chat with your specialist for his/her advice. Good luck! Diane
