Progesterone level

So I had a failed fet and then a chemical - with the chemical I had some spotting from test day. I asked about progesterone and from the off this time I have had lubion injection once a day added on to the two cyclogest pessaries. I asked the clinic. If they would measure my progesterone. They did so the day after fet and it was 140 I think nmol/L. Now I am panicking as published articles seem to suggest that progesterone can be too high - ideally max being 32.5ng/ml (103 nmol/L) so mine is clearly much higher - any advice or thoughts?

I just saw your post ,Im sorry for experiencing chemical pregnancy.I know how hard it can be .

my clinic policy is high progesterone is never bad And minimum should be 50 to get the ideal response .standard protocol has cyclogest 400 BD and Lubion 25 .

But you know like every other aspect of firtility there is never a definite answer to a question.there is a contrary believe in different clinics and debates among doctors.

Sorry for your loss. My clinic want it to be over 100. The general rule is over 50 for most clinics. They said to me they weren’t worried about upper limits. Good luck x

Both my successful pregnancies my progesterone was well over 100 and if you get pregnant it continues to increase so I think it’s much more the bottom limit I’d be concerned about. My failed FET with a 5AA my level was <30 and I’m certain that was a contributing factor.

Hi! I’m so sorry for your loss… regarding the progesterone my doctor told me that there is no problem with high progesterone, the body will take care of it and push it out if he doesn’t needs it. So you’re ok! Try not to worry about that 🤍 best of luck 🤞
