Any Advice On Dosing NDT?
I've started Armour thyroid. My first dose I take at 7.30am (on waking) and have breakfast 9-9.30am (a late breakfast because I benefit from doing a 14 hour intermittent fasting window). My doctor advises I take my second dose of NDT 2-3pm. But if I need to have an empty stomach when I take the

Reliable Thyroid S suppliers please.
As per rules please only message by chat. I'm wanting to try NDT my current T4 +T3 regime isn't working and my suppressed TSH causes stress with GP and Endo. Thanks in advance.

NDT, atrial fibrillation, and a self-proclaimed 'thyroid guru' in hospital pushing the T4 and TSH narrative
Whilst I was an inpatient with atrial fibrillation, and had spiked a high T3 reading and caused panic in the heart unit about my use of Natural Dessicated Pork Thyroid (NDT) medication (prescribed by my GP who was on holidays), to reassure my cardiologist (who really cared) I agreed to see a consultant

I survived
last 18 months have been crazy. So sick. gp/ endo nearly killed me. Full blown myxedema coma most of past 6.5 yrs. By some luck, after 6.5 yrs of of startlingly bad medical care I only just found a good GP surgery, they are slowly piecing me back together on T3. Lotta sleeping & serious despair that

It's game over for us - how do we move on from failed IVF?
We started IVF after a complicated MMC just before the first lockdown in the UK and a misdiagnosis of partial molar pregnancy resulting in a couple of months of going into hospital for tests at the height of the pandemic. We didn't ever want to suffer a miscarriage ever again and had been told we could

For the last year I have had ongoing health issues. A burst ulcer, constant chest infections, and most recently a TIA and atrial afibulation. My GP says none of it is connected to my Hashimoto’s . I have been self medicating with NDT for a number of years very successfully with no problems. I was paying

any advice to reduce Crinone bloat?
I am now 2 days post transfer (fresh transfer so still probably suffering side effects of stims) and I’m still bloated and crampy. I know my ovaries are reducing because I no longer feel them bobbling about when I walk, but I am still bloated and I read that’s a side effect of progesterone!! Really do

IVF when on NDT/Armour
Hi all, I'm considering starting another IVF cycle but i'm now on NDT/Armour Thyroid. I've got Hashimoto's. My TSH needs to be 0.38-2.5 for me to start treatment, but my last bloods showed my TSH as under 0.38 because of the T3 i'm on. I'm going to ask my thyroid doc to write a letter to my clinic

OTD today - feeling nervous
So today I’m 14dp2dt of 2 ICSI embryos. DH and I will be off to get the first blood test in an hour or two (I’ll have another in 2 days if it’s positive) and surprisingly I have managed to resist (aka ask DH to hide) HPTs for the entire wait. Symptom spotting has driven me mad and progesterone has played

A (failed?) attempt to stop thyroid medicines.
Hi, everyone. Sorry for the long post... I've been on thyroid hormone replacement since almost 4 years. I started euthyrox on the advice of my gp when my TSH was 2.89 (0.27-4.20). My antibodies were also slightly elevated (TPO: 112 [0-34]) and they remain on this range until today. Back then I was

Beige/Brown discharge worst it’s been 9+1
Yesterday and particularly today, I’ve had the most beige brown discharge I’ve had since becoming pregnant. I would get the odd spot now and again, but it’s every time now I go to the toilet and for the first time this morning when I did a wee it was in my wee and not just when I wiped. It’s hard not

OTD confusion
Reaching out for advice again if you can? My OTD after treatment in Spain is Friday (day 10) and they'd like a blood test. The GP has said the results are likely to be Tuesday. I am wondering if it is better to get a blood test Thursday with the hope that the results would be in Friday or should I stick

Natural vs medicated FET
Hi everyone, As the title suggests, I was wondering what others’ experience of natural vs medicate FET were. We have 8 frozen embryos and have just had a failed fresh transfer. Before that, I had a pregnancy that ended in an 8 wk MMC on a natural IUI cycle and 2 x chemical pregnancies on IUI with progesterone

How much are progesterone injections (prolutex) equivalent to in terms of pessaries?
Hello, Hope everyone is doing well. I am on 600mg of progesterone pessaries (200mg every 8 hours). It is a Greek brand called Gynalven (equivalent to Utrogestan). In addition I am taking a 25mg prolutex injection. Does anybody know what this is equivalent to in terms of if I was just taking pessaries
