Heavy Bleeding 5+5

On Tuesday I was 5+5 I stood up and felt a gush of blood, I bled lightly for the rest of the day then heavily over night bright red with clots, the Wednesday it tapered off.i take progesterone pessaries as this is an ivf baby so it's quite possible thats why the bleeding lightened.im still spotting ever so slightly my clinic have increased me to 4 pessaries a day. I had a scan at epau when I should have been 6weeks their findings are below. My clinic say it could have been too early to tell sand want to scan me on the 9th. But the sac does seem small so I'm not convinced. Has anyone had a similar experience what were your outcomes?

I've had similar - currently 10w1d now.

I started bleeding at 5w2ds, on that day I was unable to see anyone. At 5w3ds I went to my gynecologist and he warned us that it did sound like I had miscarried. When he carried out the ultrasound our baby was there, still no heart flutter as it was too early but gestational sack and yolk sack both present. He told me to come back a week later and warned us that it would make or break the pregnancy as if there was no heart flutter by then, then I was most likely miscarrying. What he found also on the ultrasound was a subchorionic hematoma which apparently is common in ivf women. Since that point I've had another scary moment at 8w4d and just brown spotting... I do still have one of these hematomas present even now.

Got my fingers crossed for you and I hope everything works out well! Stay positive - I know that's easily said but trust me I'm terribleat it.. I've been fortunate that my partner is so positive and has believed so strongly this whole time that everything will be alright. Good luck 🍀 x x
