So exactly 2 years later here I am again with my second transfer, my first was successful and now I have a 15 month old son. Forever grateful. However I totally forgot how daunting this full process was, I am currently day 4 in my 2WW and I just didn’t feel positive from the start. I tested yesterday

accidental overdose?
hiya I take 240mcg of NDT a day over 3 doses a day. I just managed to take 90 mcg extra but mistake. Will this be an issue? Mildly panicking here… thank you

Armour on NHS- is there a way?
Hello, It's my 1st time posting here. I live in the UK, London. I have been on Armour through a private doctor for over a year now and before that I was on Levothyroxine for 3 years with massive brain fog and fatigue. Armour seems to have lifted the most part of the symptoms. However, I am a simple

NDT Dosage
I'm in the process of switching over to just NDT. I tried Levo/NDT and for the first time ever both my frees were at the top of the range, something I've never managed on Levo. As balancing 2 different meds is a challenge and I felt overmedicated I thought I'd try just NDT and see how I got on. I'm

Cramps every day since embryo transfer - bad sign?
Hey everyone, I’m really struggling to stay positive this cycle. I had a natural FET on Wednesday but I’ve had cramps on/off the whole time since. (Every day). I had a bit of red spotting and cramps 4hrs after transfer which freaked me out, but the clinic told me they had issues with the transfer so

A case to push for darolutamide.
out of 68 known Variants that escaped treatment darolutamide is effective against all but one. This article is from june 2021. it is a invitro study so it needs vitro study, then insilico AI to further confirm but it is still important. And even shows resistant variants to abiraterone, corticosteroids

next fet natural vs constructed
I have two last embryos of day six average- 3bb and poor-4cc quality. This is potentially my last go with my eggs. My husband would still argue for one more cycle with our eggs but this is a discussion for later. Anyway I am not sure what type of transfer to go for, the consultant says it's up to

Progesterone day 21 blood test result
Can anyone tell me what my day 21 progesterone result means? Mine was 22.5 nmol/L. GP surgery told me I need to speak to GP but can’t give me a slot to actually speak to them.

Is constant bloating at 6 weeks normal?
I'm anxiously waiting for my viability scan on 9th August, and I'm 6 weeks today. I haven't been having many symptoms apart from tiredness, but I have had constant bloating for the last few days. I've been on progesterone pessaries since a few days before ET, so wondering if it's this? Is it normal

Frequency of nhs testing?
Update 17/11/22 : Oh gosh perception can be a deceptive thing. I think I owe an apology to my practice. Looking back over my medical record online I came across this graph today. It shows my TSH test results from when I changed to this practice. I appear to have had more than my fair share of tsh tests

Progesterone levels
Has anyone ever had really high progesterone levels a week after transfer? I was worried they were too low after my previous chemical pregnancy (I was on 3 x Utrogestan only and felt like it wasn't being absorbed properly), so asked for my levels to be tested prior to transfer this time. It came back

Where to get contents of Thyroid meds tested and verified
I bought some some NDT and I want to get the contents/ingredients checked to see how much T3 and T4 is in each, does anyone know of a lab in UK or Europe or in fact anywhere that does it

Weight training & T3 tolerance
Hi all, I am now tolerating NDT much better by using adrenal cortex when I get overt symptoms of intolerance (extreme anxiety, skin crawling, severe agitation). For me, the worst time is 3 hours after my NDT dose (which I believe is the T3 rising in the blood). In the last few days I have noticed

T3 and excessive thirst
Hi! I wondered if anyone has experienced unquenchable thirst after they were prescribed T3? My endo prescribed 20mcg alongside 150 levo and I started Tuesday week ago. Previously I had been on 175 levo. The first few days were fine but since then I literally cannot quench my thirst. I was also prescribed

Eating thyroid gland from local farm?
I thought I may try it to see how it goes since NDT doesn't work well for me well unfortunately. What can I lose if I try it for a few weeks right? Is that a thing? I was thinking I would just buy some from local farm that have organic grass feed beef or lamb. I would freeze it and then cut tiny piece
