A month on Synthroid
Also do I need to supplement with
selenium
/iron/vit D regularly and what's the best time to take synthroid...I feel taking it just before bed helps me escape some side effects. Looking forward to some expert advice.

What are symptoms of a Hashi flare up?
I am gluten free and take
Selenium
plus other things. I have high cortisol at all 4 times - measured through the saliva test for which I'm taking PS and now Holy Basil Tulsi tea. Just wondering what others go through?

Is this as good as it can get?
I have been gluten free for over 2 months (and will continue with this as stomach issues have been more or less resolved with this) and I supplement with Vit D3,
Selenium
and B12 thanks to advice here.

Selenium for helping implantation
I've read about eating pineapple and Brazil nuts as they are high in
selenium
and this helps with implantation. Nurse Diane mentioned that with a 5DT implantation usually happens within a few hours. My question is should I start the pineapple and Brazil nuts today?

Received my results back from Medicheck last night and would really appreciate any comments
I recently started on
selenium
/zinc for about the last four weeks or so. I have severe osteoporosis but am inclined to have high blood calcium so no supplements with suspected primary hyperparathyroidism.

My recent blood tests results
But my antibodies levels are still high after 2 months of
selenium
supplementation, so will continue taking it.
My triglycerides are higher than my last year report (which was 110), so wish to know from all of you, how to reduce triglycerides....alarming it seems.

GP says I'm 'normal' and to retest in 12 months but I feel awful - sounds familiar?!
I'm on an elimination diet, organic body care products, yoga / walking / managing stress, recommended supplements (D3, Magnesium,
Selenium
) etc. But while I'm fixing the root cause (in theory) I'd really like some thyroid meds to stop feeling like I'm dying!!! Is that really so outrageous.
