Levothyroxine and Liothyronine can be taken together at any time of the day as long as it is 1 hour before or 2 hours after food and drink, 2 hours away from other medication and most supplements, and 4 hours away from calcium, iron, vitD supplements and oestrogen.
You shouldn't supplement vitamin D and iron unless you have had blood tests showing levels are low. Vitamin D should be taken with the fattiest meal of the day. You should check whether iron needs to be taken with or away from food. Most other supplements should be taken with or immediately after food. If you are taking B12 sublingual lozenges, spray or patches they can be taken at any time.
Avoid taking Biotin on the morning of your thyroid function tests as it can skew results.
