Selenium in Brazil nuts
Hello, I was just wandering about selenium in Brazil nuts. I eat two organic Brazil nuts from Brazil every day to help with hashi flares. Is this about right? I realise it's not an exact dose like taking a supplement but I love Brazil nuts and I would rather eat these than take a tablet if possible.

Arsenic in Drinking Water & PCa Risk.
New study below [1]. Not just for Iowans. There are many risk associations for PCa. Arsenic is just one, & exposure need not be due to pollution. Adrenals First
I read and read that most reasons for hypothyroidism can be the result of stress and we should work on maintaining health care on our Adrenals. I am 70 years old looking after a very miserable 94 1/2 year old mother who has hated me from the day I was born. She had been diagnosed with type two diabetes

HELP! - I'm about to be diagnosed with Fibromyalgia
I finally got my recent blood results (including T3) and got to see my GP. He said all my results are normal, including my thyroid results and B12. The only problem he can see is high serum osmolality and he will refer me to endocrinologist to check for diabetes insipidus – very rare disease affecting
