More women with Breast Implant Illness
As breast implants affect the endocrine system I am horrified at the number of women whom are suffering with this illness. At the moment the Breast Implant Illness and Healing Support Group has over 1700 women and this number is increasing on a daily basis. Also, after listening to a Dr whom is researching

Surgery done
Had a look at the
scars
and was not horrified as I expected , my breast looks decidedly perkier where they have done the reduction and resited the nipple lol. Now the wait to see f margins are clear but I’m not going to worry about that at least for today !

I had biopsy 7 years ago and had precancerous cells removed and now my cervix are all covered in

Apology
Most of the folks on this forum have a wonderful, empathetic spirit that is quite comforting and makes me wish I could say things in such a way. Forgive me for being such a 'redneck' and blunt, and sometimes sarcastic person in words. I try to remember that sarcasm is like sulfuric acid to relationships

B12 Serum Tests
I've had 5 negative B12 serum blood tests, all negative over several years when I suffered and continue to suffer the symptoms of PAS. I am aware of these serum tests being unreliable, & persistent symptoms should be doubled checked with the modern Schilling test or Methylmalonic Acid or MMA Test. Anyone

Vaginal stitches! Healing times...
I had a lap 1 week ago to remove a large endometrioma. Apparently the endo was a lot more extensive than thought, and took 3 hours to remove it all, including an ovary and both tubes (he’s left a full depth bowel nodule which might be another operation at some point, yikes). There was a full depth nodule

Potassium iodide pre surgery
So I have my op on Friday for TT. The hospital in London called me to ask if I could go to my doc to get a prescription for potassium iodide. I live in Somerset and my pharmacy can’t get hold of it. I’m told it helps with excessive blood flow during surgery. It makes me slightly nervous that this is

Advice needed please - Retrognathia and jaw surgery
I'm looking for advice please. I'm 37 with Juvenile Arthritis and I need both of my jaw joints replaced. Has anyone else here had this surgery please and can you give me any advice? How long do they last? I've also been diagnosed recently with retrognathia even though its a problem I've had for years
