Planned c section

Has anyone had planned c section with their first ive never ever been in hospital before and I’m such a wimp lol. I’m so scared and on Tuesday I’m getting a text to confirm my date for my planned c section at 39 weeks. I also have bad SPD in this pregnancy just looking for some advice I’m overweight & do have belly pouch extra fat that hangs over how to make it stay clean and clear. Also I’m scared about after having the c section like can I walk? Am I not gonna be able to sit up the same for weeks ? Etc any advice would be great I’m very nervous 😟

I had an emergency c section I believe it was a couple of hours before I could get up and walk. I was ok sitting up pretty much straight away. Not going to lie it hurts but you’ve got a lovely baby to take your mind off it. Hope it all goes well for you.
