Interesting Dynamic
Least I think so. If I felt as good as I have in the two months at any time prior I would have been ecstatic. Now that has become the standard I understand I am feeling and doing better and still have a long way to go. I am starting to have the head space to start the grieving process of my loss

B12 or folic acid first?
My daughter has just been diagnosed with B12 and folate deficiency, The likely cause is poor diet so I’m happy not to pursue injections at this stage. Her GP has prescribed B12 and 5mg folic acid, both in tablet form. Please can anyone confirm which she should take first and for how long before

Advice on taking Naproxine with Pred
As I flagged up last week - was diagnosed with Bursitis on the right hip. X-ray was done and no fractures found which was such a relief. Prescribed Naproxine 250 mg twice a day and paracetamol if pain got over the top. I also take thryroxine 75 mg and 100mg on alternate days and Losartan 25mg. Magnesium

Adrenal crisis or flare ?
Evening all, I've been a casual observer for many months now - my PMR was 'gone' (ie in remission/on holiday/not troubling me) and I had adjusted to Adrenal Insufficiency and a likely permanent dose of Hydrocortisone and Vitamin D. I recovered from a dose of covid about 3 weeks ago. On Saturday

Having untreated ADD while Fire Department training
I was diagnosed with ADD as a child and took
Ritalin
for about 3 years, but did not like the way it made me feel so I have been medication free for 30 years which I thought that was something to be proud of and I’m not sure why.

folate vs folic acid
I’ve been searching for a post that says not to take folic acid if your folate level is low. My daughter’s folate level is 2.95 (side effect of netformin)and her b12 is only 283. Hee GP has given her folic acid and will only repeat after 1 yr! Madness. Her tsh is 0.9 and they didn’t test t4 or t3.

My Current Criteria for dosage, form and frequency of injections.
I have always been about I should not inject any more or more often than is appropriate for my body. I have also been about I should not inject less although I was overly influenced by the EOD methodology. Any less than EOD I quickly decided made no sense to inject less unless I was symptom free. Determining
