This is an extension from my previous post which has all the history on it.
I think I’m going to email my haematologist for a referral to gastro re my 2 inflammation markers and abdominal issues maybe causing absorption issues. Could this be a thing with such high levels of active B12, as I can convert to active b12 presumably as my levels are over range? Not sure if anyone knows that answer?

Your B12 levels have fallen quite dramatically during the period August to December. They are 'over range' for normal people but most of us need levels over 2000 to stay well. Which is why you are getting all your symptoms back. IMO everything that is happening to you - inflammation markers etc - is due to too low levels. You need to convince your consultant to reinstate your B12 injections.
Your active B12 may be over range. But that range is very arbitrary. I think it was plucked out of thin air rather like the offical guidelines on safe alcohol limits. A member of the panel that drew them up admitted they had no scientific basis, they were just a guess. As I stated before most of us need much higher B12 levels than normal people.
My GP tested my levels and told me they were too high, over 1700. He told me to stop taking B12 and within 3 weeks my symptoms started coming back. I ignored my GPs advice and started taking B12 again. But I bet it I'd had another test my levels would still have been very high.
There is a study that shows that high b12 levels are attached to issues within the body - certain cancers for example - but the supplementation did not cause the issue (as doctors.often quote and stop supplementation due to this issue being confused with causation and effect).
The high b12 levels are simply a sign/symptom of the issue at hand. Like other markers. A person could be doing no supplementation and have high levels illuminating an issue.
And on the other hand a b12 deficiency not properly treated can lead to other/is attached to many health issues, including some very serious ones.
