Coping
I was diagnosed with NASH almost 3 years ago from 15 years of undiagnosed diabetes. I was fairly sure I was gonna die, and most of the time felt as if that were true. I found Wayne’s posts on The Inspire site, started following his diet and exercise suggestions as closely as possible and became, as

Perhaps not utilising B12 - how to know? what to do?
Hi, I'm new to this forum. I don't *think* I have PA but it's one of several possibilities that I'm looking into. My profile has more info and you're welcome to stalk me on the Thyroid UK forum if you like. ;) but I'll give a brief background after my question here. Is it possible to have high B12 levels

Cannot get free from anxciousness!
I have had these anxious feelings seems forever. My stomach turns comes up to my chest then I feel nauseous. I try very hard to think of positive things I have and they really do outweigh the negative but I still can't get that freedom. I seem to need people to want me in their company. I think my children

Have I got Pernicious Anaemia ?
I was diagnosed by my GP as having Pernicious Anaemia around 5 years ago, I assume this was after one of my regular blood tests for type 2 Diabetes. Since then I have been having 1ml. injections of Hydroxocobalamin / Vitamin B12 at the surgery, originally every 12 weeks. However, as I didn't seem to

Disappointed
So the doctors came in to speak with me because I was concerned about Tony's sugars being so high since he's been on the liquid feeding and they said they wouldn't change the food but only give him more insulin. That didn't help me. Then I find out the new speciality care place we submitted to insurance

Period or not?
I suffer from very irregular periods (between 5-8 weeks between them) and also bleeding between periods (usually a brownish colour - not fresh blood). I took Provera to induce a period and then clomid for the first time last month. It has now been four weeks since my last period and I have had bleeding

Confuse about PCOS
I was told I have polycystic ovaries, last year, after a miscarriage in 2016, it didn't show on blood test, but on internal scan it shows, My period has been very regular until the last 7 months. I was prescribed metformin, but due other health complication I was advise to stop by my GP as it was interfering
