Hi everyone, My name is Anna and I am new to the forum. Diagnosed in March 2019 with MBC straight out of the gate at 65 with 4 small bone mets on ribs and pelvis. Was quite a shock since I was completely asymptomatic! I’m ashamed to admit it but I had never had a mammogram (lesson learned the hard way

How long does it take for your body to adjust to no gall bladder and the continuous stream of bile into the gut? What are other peoples experiences. I am a 62 years old and reasonably active. I had my gall bladder removed ( cholecystectomy) in March this year. 2 months after the operation ( laparoscopy

The doctor wanted me to go to the ER to get IV antibiotics put into to me. Ordinarily wouldn't mind going to the ER but with a pandemic going on, I was very

Antihypertensive drugs & PCa-specific mortality
New study from Finland [1]. This topic has been raised before. "Antihypertensive drug use overall was associated with an increased risk of PCa-specific death (Pre-PCa: 1.21...). Chemo port leading to emergency. Can we remove it during severe anemia?
My mother in law is 60year old and was diagnosed with a stage1- 1inch malignant lump with h1+ in her right breast. We moved forward and had her right mastectomy done within 2weeks of detection. After one month we started chemo with docetaxel, carboplatin and trastuzumab as suggested by medical oncologist
