Problems sleeping since quitting smoking
I
quit
smoking
Feb 11th and since then I have not been able to fall asleep or stay asleep at night. It's gotten bad enough that I will nod off sitting up during the middle of the day. Any suggestions besides sleeping pills?

dealing with stress
I was just curious to know what new methods any of you have developed to relieve stress? Like me, I'm sure all of you smoked to relieve stress. I actually feel less stressed since quitting, but I do get stressed very easily and really don't want to get so stressed to the point that I feel like I need

Have been gone for a couple of weeks, and wanted to fill my friends here, in on what's been going on...
The other thing I want everyone to know, is this...
quit
smoking
if you haven't. I smoked for over 20 years and to even think about a cigarette sickens me. To think this may have been avoided had I not smoked, sickens me.

I've quit smoking, now I'm having trouble breathing and I'm scared.
I had some kind of a lung infection, a viral type that was causing me minor chest pain. I went into the emerg feb 28 got an xray, saw a doc and they told me that it was non cardiac, my heart checked out fine and that it was viral and in the lungs and should clear up on it's own. Well, it scared the

Lack of sleep and vivid dreams?
I
quit
smoking
2 weeks ago today and ever since I stopped my sleep pattern has been out of whack, I only get around 2 1/2 hours every night. As you can imagine this is quite frustrating as it's interfering with my work and school.

6 months and counting!
Hey peeps how is everyone? I do hope your all still smoke free! :-) I thought you would like to know I'm six months smoke free today! Yay for me. I still would like a ciggy to be honest although I know how much damage this will cause me. I'm also still coughing up tar, not as much as I have been

Let week one commence!!
I decided I wanted to
quit
smoking
2 years ago and I did, just like that, that in mind, there were days I essentially squirmed for want of a fag but I did it in the end I'm sure the next few weeks will be like that while trying to change bad habits and changing to better ones.

I just quit Smoking today at 8am it is coming up on my first break. How do I not cave and go have a smoke?
I am 32 and for the past year have been trying hard to eat health and go to the gym. Both are going well but this smoking is holding me back from my goals. Today is day one and I am nervous!!

National No Smoking Day
Every year over a million smokers will use No
Smoking
Day to try to
quit
. No
Smoking
Day always falls on the 2nd Wednesday of every March. Stopping smoking might be one of the hardest things you’ll ever do but it is also one of the best – and you don’t have to face the battle alone.
