Heart palpitations have ruined my life...what do I do?
Not one day goes by without a pac/
pvc
Yesterday I had about 8 of them Today so far 5 I just want a day with none. On a bad day I can probably get 30 of them. I had a holter monitor done 4 years ago and over 5 days it showed 63 pacs non sustained and they were benign.

Spirometry and Fit to Fly Test
Went yesterday for above tests. 40% reversability with ventolin Fev1 in 2014 = 1.07, 2015 = 1.21, 2017 = 1.11 all a bit of a mystery to me :-) DLCO 2014 = 46%, 2015 = 51%, 1017 = 50% of predicted Fit to fly showed a drop from 93% on room air to 71% on airline mix and back to 91% on airline plus supplemental

Why not just fev1 to diagnose?
I read all the time where they use the fev1 and fvc ratio to diagnose copd. So, call me dumb, but if fev1 tells what stage of copd you are in, then why do they need to use any other numbers to show/diagnose severity? Can't it be as simple as the fev1 level to validate you have it AND at what level you

PVC's and PAC's Drastically Reduced/Stopped after years of terror and diminished life quality....? I'm not sure, but this is what I did..
Well, over the past couple of weeks my life has turned around for the positive and I cannot believe it!!!! I am so happy, but don't want to get too excited until more time has passed. After literally starting to plan my demise (that's right...having up to 13,000 + PVC's and hundreds of PAC's and not

Update after PVCs SVT Ablation
I would suggess that ablation is treatment that can reduce the SVT,

PVC
,SVT over 15%-20% could lead to heart failure. Ablation like mine is verg complex it took 6 hours in the cath-lab most of it mapping.

So much going on
Hello everyone, I don't even know where to start or what questions I have. I have been diagnosed with PBC about two yrs ago. My "liver" Dr was very lax in my diagnosis. He seemed to act like it wasn't a big deal. That he even said that it wouldn't be something to worry about until I'm like 75 and then

For the life of me I can't figure out my fev 1 and fev ratio, and how they say I have copd. I tried putting

FEV1 and FVC
Hi all I recently had a mini lung function test at Brompton Hospital. I've received a copy of the letter the specialist has written to my own doctor and he has put that my FEV1 was 0.75 litres with an FVC of 1.4 litres. Can anyone advise how I can interpret these, ie are they bad, reasonable or good?

I don't use oxygen supplements yet, but probably will at some point and will use them when I need to because it will extend my life and time with my
