Overwhelming fear of death
It’s kind of aligned to end of the world/doomsday/ascension, which played into my
psychosis
and thoughts at the time. It’s a completely irrational fear, and I cannot fathom how I could think this and feel such anxiety while trying to sleep!

Pregnant for 2nd time post PP considering breastfeeding this time…any advice?
I had pre partum
psychosis
with my first in November 2022. I tried to breastfeed with her but after she spent time on NICU where she was bottle-fed she never really got the hang of latching and wouldn’t consistently take it.

I'm three years down the line from my Postpartum
Psychosis
experience, and I'm wondering if anyone else gets this feeling sometimes. I love my daughter an unconditional amount, she is what keeps me going every day and I will always do my best for her always!

Olanzapine tapering
I had Postpartum
psychosis
two years ago after having my Son. I've been on Olanzapine for the two years. I came off once by tapering but I think I went too quickly. I'm on 7.5mg and I went to 5mg for around 3 weeks then to 2.5mg for about 3 weeks and then off.

Thinking about a second baby after PPP with my first
I'm wondering if others can share any experiences of having a second baby after experiencing Postpartum
Psychosis
with their first? I have Bipolar, I was diagnosed whilst on the MBU with my daughter, during PPP too.

wrong possible diagnosis?
Has anyone that’s been diagnosed with cyclothmia also had an episode of
psychosis
with extreme mania? (Mine was delayed post partum
psychosis
at 10 months) I’m really confused.

I’m being emotionally abused by a narcissist who is making me feel like I need to slip back into psychosis 3 weeks after birth
Am I crazy? He stole the kids birthday money and swears he used it to put petrol in the car to run errands while I was in the hospital giving birth. He told me he would leave me during this delicate phase fully well knowing that that would make me feel so distressed that I may kill myself . Turns out

Loneliness and psychosis
Ladies I really need your help. When I was in university at age 21 I remember having no friends and feeling almost sick with depression. Once I left uni and started working that feeling went away. However when I was a new mum and I came back home alone with the baby because my husband didn't want to

New to group and a survivor with encouragement!
The nurses thought I had postpartum
psychosis
, but the doctors didn't think so because almost all the scientific literature says that PP happens within a few weeks of the birth.

psychosis sucks
Anybody have any coping tools during
psychosis
that would help? What do you do when the voices are telling you to do things you don’t want to do like kill yourself or that they’re going to kill you. I’m telling you these voices are not anything good. It gets really dark as well.

Anger after postnatal psychosis?
I had post natal
psychosis
in May 2022 and was admitted to hospital for a few months. I later had another psychotic episode in March 2023 and was readmitted to hospital, again for about 3 months.

What are the chances?
What’s the probability of a young man with chronic major depression disorder and a history of mild
psychosis
one day having a severe psychotic break and does something that can’t be undone? If he did it while not being aware of it. I don’t want to literally lose my mind one day.

May I please ask if anyone has had postpartum
psychosis
and gone on to have more Children? What was it like? Did you have support from medical professionals and if so from what point in the pregnancy? Did you get PPP again with a second, third etc?

L-Dopa side effects - psychosis
Mucuna sometimes helps a little but when it’s dosed too high, it makes dyskinesias and
psychosis
like madopar. Neurologist recommend Quetiapin and rivastigmin but this didn’t improve the side effects. Has anyone experience with a smiliar situation or an idea what could help?
