What are the chances?

What’s the probability of a young man with chronic major depression disorder and a history of mild psychosis one day having a severe psychotic break and does something that can’t be undone? If he did it while not being aware of it. I don’t want to literally lose my mind one day.

If you have a history of psychosis, no matter how mild or severe, there are things that you can do to mitigate those risks. As for possibilities or probabilities... I don't think anyone can answer that; it's an impossible question. I'm sorry, I'm not being much help here.

It’s ok, sometimes just asking helps and it did. Thank you.
