PSA seasonality
For this reason I analyzed my old
PSA
readings during the 2+ years before starting Bicalutamide. I divided the year into two halfs assigning winter as the period starting on the autumnal equinox and ending on the vernal one. Summer is the remaining.

Add Nubeqa to Orgovyx?
PSA
was 3.78 in Dec 2023. PSMA PET then showed cancer growing in prostate, shrinking in pelvic node, but spread to an abdominal node. I have started ADT with Orgovyx (relugolix) and want to add an ARI. The urologist wants to use the ARI Erleada (apalutamide).

Do I need an Oncologist?
Originally had
PSA
test that came back 28+ and was referred to Urologist. I was not interested in Surgery so the Urologist referred me to a Radiation Oncologist. After the radiation treatments were over I went back to the Urologist to continue the Lupron treatments.

Orgovyx stopped woking.
PSA
went from 35 to 5 in first month. Second month,
PSA
went from 5 to 8. This month
PSA
is 18. Looks like cancer is castrate resistant. Anyone else had this problem. If so what did your doc switch you to and how is it working for you? I talked to my doc today, he said he might switch me to Xandi.

Anti thyroglobulin Antibody High
Have had an endoscopy( am awaiting report but consultant didn't seem overly concerned) had a cystoscopy which was clear as I have an enlarged prostate but normal
psa

declining psa #6
Furthermore, prior to starting ivermectin,
psa
would shoot to to 6.7-7.7 when I would get off adt. I’m not saying this is for everyone but it’s thus far working for me after 9 months and something possible to look into especially when
psa
is in its infant stages and pca oligo metastatic.

5th Pluvicto tomorrow
My husband's lab work for tomorrow's treatment shows a new low on his
PSA
, 7.9. Again there are blood numbers that are in the "low" range but last time the Doctor Wasn't concerned and we were able to return to Mexico 3 days after treatment.
