Orgovyx stopped woking.

Started orgovyx 2 months ago. PSA went from 35 to 5 in first month. Second month, PSA went from 5 to 8. This month PSA is 18. Looks like cancer is castrate resistant. Anyone else had this problem. If so what did your doc switch you to and how is it working for you? I talked to my doc today, he said he might switch me to Xandi. Any one been switched from orgovyx to xandi. If so how is it working for you and what side effects come with it?

You stay on Orgovyx your entire life and add Xtandi (or docetaxel or abiraterone) to it. Orgovyx continues to work in that it is what's keeping your testosterone low.

Thanks for your information but I have a question. My PSA has been steadily rising, orgovyx is not keeping my testasterone low. That is rising as well.

Your testosterone level is no longer castrate level (under 50 ng/ml)? What is your testosterone level now?

I have had very good results taking both Relogolix AND Darolutemide. Went from 125 five months ago to .15 after just 16 weeks
