Joke.. Things NOT to say to someone with a Disabling Chronic Condition
(Already on
Prozac
) ...there are people worse of than you... (I know makes me cry) ...You'll just have to tough it out... (What like old boots) ...You just need a positive attitude... (Yes,Yes Yes, I know, doesn't work) ...This, too, will pass... (How the hell do you know?)

Medication
Was prescribed
Prozac
last year for depression but stopped taking it after a month or so as was feeling better. Have started CBT and was advised to go back to GP as treatment will work better with medication.

New Here.
I've been on
prozac
(fluoxetine) in the past and am on lustral (sertraline) at the moment since
prozac
wasn't working for me. That's pretty much it, if anyone wants to message me any time if they're feeling particularly bad I'll do my best to listen and help if I can.

Two steps forward, one step back
He wants me to keep going with them and gave me some other tablets to take the edge off of what the
Prozac
was making me feel.

Topic of the Month: October - Raynaud's Phenomenon
He had read an article in some obscure journal that
Fluoxetine (
) works really well on Raynaud’s and we thought it was worth a try because mine was so bad last winter. Well, good news is that I very rarely get an attack now.

Personnel Fibro breakthrough with meds
The dose i am on is 60-80mg
Prozac
, anything less results in fibro seeping back like a wave at the beach floating over me. Has anyone else tried and found
Prozac
to work? If so, what's your experience? What are your views on my experience.

Am I depressed or just feeling sorry for myself?
In the late 1990s I had a series of life events that involved bereavement, business & financial and marital issues which ended up with me taking
Prozac
for a few months whilst I got my act back together.
