After some advice and more info . .
I've not posted here for some time and I've NOT been diagnosed by my GP with thyroid issues (yet)! However, I've just had my annual blood test in connection with my type 2 diabetes which is diet controlled i.e. no meds or insulin. The surgery phoned me a few days after the blood test asking me to phone

Does anyone else take vitamin d? I take my daily dose of folic acid but been advised by a family member doctor to take vitamin d. Just starting my 3rd FET with my prostap injection being last Thursday and thought I would start taking it but thought I would ask everyone’s thoughts?

Medication Update
Psychiatrist added 2 mg of Abilify to my current 150 mg of Pristiq. She said it should shut off my intrusive, obsessive thoughts about my symptoms, improve my mood, and we hope it will make me feel great again. I've suffered for 2.5 years so let's hope and pray this combination could be the eureka moment

Update on Prostap
So today I started having heavy bleeding and painful cramps again - it has been 6 days since I had the prostap injection. No pain killers are working and I’m back in bed feeling just hopeless. Has anybody else experienced this on prostap??

Whey protein during stimulation?
I have read that taking whey protein or even drinking milk during IVF can help with egg quality? I’m a bit confused as diary is considered as inflammatory food. Has anyone had any experience?
