Progesterone drop, hcg rise 5 weeks plus 3 days - any ideas?
Hey everyone, so my low starting hcg has continued to double appropriately, but my
progesterone
level dropped a lot and Im trying to make sense of it - I had a fresh IVF blastocyst transfer with initially sky-high
progesterone
, have been on cyclogest 400mg three times a day, and and my Danish clinic

Fingers crossed for third time lucky transfer (42 yr old)🤞🤞✨✨
As well as Aspirin and Fragmin to thin blood, I have also requested
Progesterone
testing day before transfer and will be taking Lubion every 3 days and Crinone daily. With all the vits and eating a gluten and dairy free diet, I feel like we're chucking the kitchen sink at this.

Recurrent miscarriages - investigations and treatments
The professor at that clinic thinks, since all my miscarriages are missed ones and happening around 6-7 weeks, that I will benefit on taking prednisolone (steroids) along with
progesterone
and maybe aspirin.

Estrogel advice
Hi I am 65, 6 weeks ago switched from compounded HRT cream to Estrol Gel and separate oral
Progesterone
100mcg. So far I've been using only 1 pump a day of gel (and the
progesterone
) but I have developed tender swollen breasts. I have temporarily stopped both but can anyone suggest what to do?

3rd Failed Cycle - Advice what to do next
I threw everything at it, a load of meds, decent diet (lots of pomegranate), accupucture,
progesterone
test (said it was above 50) triple layer linning (perfect they said), had our best embryo transferred (day5 blastocyst - 4BB) and it still didn’t stick.

Suspect endo, should I get a laparoscopy?
I’m also on the
progesterone
only pill which when I was on it before I had no periods at all, but now they’re back with a vengeance! I had an ultrasound a couple of months ago (both external and internal) but all they found was a small cyst.

When is it our turn?? Failed DE cycle.
I know we all symptom spot but honestly
progesterone
is like some evil drug that gives you false hope! Should my OH sperm get DNA fragment tested? My lining was 11mm on day of transfer.my donor was a proven donor. What tests if any should I do?

Cyclogest after fresh transfer - how much / how long for?
I’m thinking of reducing it down to twice a day as a sort of in between option, as my
progesterone
levels were rising with the hcg last week, so I assume there’s some early placental activity happening.

Advice please - T3 trial, TSH undetectable, feeling awful!
I should also add that I started HRT (oestrogen patches and
progesterone
) about 2 months ago - which I'm know was probably not the most sensible move in the midst of a T3 trial but worsening migraines caused by perimenopause drove me to it! Thanks in advance for any help! R

Why do you need cholesterol?
It is the precursor to all steroid hormones such as glucocorticoids which control blood sugar, mineralcorticoids which regulate electrolyte balance and blood pressure, and sex hormones such as
progesterone
, estrogen, and testosterone.

Subcutaneous Sweet Syndrome Presenting as Cellulitis in a Pregnant Female
As previously noted, the etiology is unknown, however, in the case of pregnancy, elevated estrogen and
progesterone
levels are thought to play a role in the immunological changes that result in the disease ." https://www.cureus.com/articles/70079-subcutaneous-sweet-syndrome-presenting-as-cellulitis-in-a-pregnant-female

Very early period
For my two previous cycles, we were trying naturally using
Progesterone
pessaries to help with the implantation. Has anyone experienced a short cycle after a
progesterone
cycle? I ovulated a lot earlier than usual and my luteal phase was not only 5 days!

Abiraterone targets all hormones south of

& pregnenolone. As Abi & Enzalutamide emerged, with others in the pipeline, Dr. Myers seemed visible excited at the prospect of having so many options after years of nothing new.
