Bolt's Failed Pickle Experiment (Lectins) :(
My diet is pretty restricted, cutting out gluten and lectins, and I saw something about fermenting destroying lectins and how fermented pickles are a GREAT source of
probiotics

Early last year I read an article in the Mail newspaper about having 300mg dispersible aspirin in the medicine cupboard in case of heart attacks. I bought some although I had no evidence of anything wrong with my heart. In June I had a heart attack and the emergency services told me to take one of these

5/14/24; My current attitude - striving to be an old curmudgeon
My tremor was misdiagnosed as essential tremor in ’09 and was correctly diagnosed 7/17/2011, so I consider this July to be my 15th anniversary and therefore feel entitled to blow off some steam. I don’t care which supplement is working.
I feel awesome; the combo could be placebo. Today I took: - 2 scoops of Inulin and a Probiotic first thing in the morning. My whole body felt tingly for 45 minutes. (Tingly may be the wrong word, it wasn’t unpleasant, more like a glow.) - Hour later: 1 Neurogan’s Urolithin A 700mg, 1 Fatty15, 1-1/

Interested to know your thoughts on taking Probiotic drinks to help with gut health.
Hi there. After recently suffering a long period of cramps, bloating, tiredness, sickness and diahorrea I was wondering whether taking Probiotic drinks might be a useful thing to do going forward. I’m six months on from a 3-way Oesophagotomy operation. Await your valuable comments. Best wishes to all

It started with my dairy allergy and feels like i expell everything in one go (have diorrhea) even though its a high volume. . But then i had constipation from a probiotic

but im running out of money. It's hard to pay for both my physical and mental health. Wondering if it's the guts or something more serious.

What the Heck? I thought boosting Short Chain Fatty Acids (SCFAs) was a Good Thing?
Fourth, the value of SCFAs-producing
probiotics
, prebiotics, and synbiotics in PD deserves further development. Some short-comings in this review should also be noted. The study of SCFAs-producing bacteria in PD has not been summarized.
