does anyone take Symprove? Really want to try it but it says I need to take a minimum of 2hrs away from thyroid medication, which just won’t work to me 😖

Has anyone incorporated
probiotics
into their diet and if so, were there any apparent benefits? I read a recent research study where it improved practically every liver function test, including our missing platelets.

He also said they use
probiotics
in Germany when prescribing antibiotics but we don’t because it’s ‘controversial’. I absolutely give up on them I really do. So I might give Zoe a go but it’s pricey so I thought I’d ask if anyone is using them.

Probiotic with Levothyroxine
I take my levothyroxine before bed, I’ve just read it’s more beneficial to take
probiotics
at night rather than in the morning. My question is would the probiotic interfere with my thyroid meds?

Is this common? fatigue and joint pain / cold hands and feet
I feel fatigued all the time, even with good sleep, exercise, drinking lots of water, eating whole foods and
probiotics

Probiotics and Peak Flow Improvement
Hi folks, I want to share this experience I am having with taking
probiotics
, which has been hugely beneficial to me. I started taking
probiotics
to help my digestive system, which was constantly angry and uncomfortable and absolutely nothing to do with my asthma.

Probiotics
Just wondering how many people also take a probiotic now and any suggestions for a good brand as there are so many to choose from and some must be better than others. Thanks.

The eternal supplement conundrum!
Like us all, I’ve digested all of the books and all of the blogs 🤞🏻 Currently I’m on Pregnacare Conception multivitamins which I appreciate isn’t the top quality but is in our budget, plus CoQ10 Ubiquinone 300mg twice a day (thanks to this page), plus Optibac conception
probiotics
and prescribed ferritin

Next steps, what to ask on review appointment? + Birmingham IVF clinic recommendations (Please DM)
Would
probiotics
be helpful? We now have to do a fresh cycle, and considering whether we should change clinics, as they didn't change anything for the past transfers.

Probiotics and prebiotics
I have ibsd and have started taking alflorex capsules which a dietician suggested. Alflorex is a probiotic containing lots of bacteria. Do I need to take a prebiotic (to feed the bacteria) and if so, which one is to be recommended?

Microbiota-targeted treatments, such as antibiotics,
probiotics
, prebiotics, synbiotics, fecal microbiota transplantation, and even diet, offer exciting prospects for managing IBS. However, definitive conclusions are hindered by the heterogeneity of these studies.

Has anyone had success with a U.K. nutritionist, dietician or naturopathic doctor?
I have tried live yogurt, kefir,
probiotics
etc but they made things worse. I am 50 now (perimenopause is definitely making things worse) and don’t wish to waste more years feeling like 💩. I think the time has come to try a nutritionist or, ideally, a naturopath but where do I even go for this?

PMR, Probiotics and digestive diseases
I recently had a bad reaction to a combination of
probiotics
. There are so many types of
probiotics
and combinations out there it's had to know what might work. The doctors I've spoken to have not been very informed or helpful on the topic
