Warfarin and probiotics
Just thought I would post in case others in a similar situation are not aware of the effects of
probiotics
on INR readings. I certainly wasn't and have been taking warfarin for about 16 years.

Newbie!! What probiotic is best for IBF?
Also read that certain
probiotics
are a no, no for people with IBS but a suitable probiotic was mentioned, think it begins with letter A. Tried to backtrack posts I read But cannot find it. Does anyone know of suitable
probiotics
I could take that will not cause IBS flare up like the KEFIR did?

Probiotic caused me diarrhea!
Someone mentioned that
probiotics
can cause diarrhea. I’ve stopped taking probiotic for 2 days and my diarrhea has stopped. Anyone else has experienced diarrhea from taking
probiotics
? Normally going to the loo is not a problem for me.

Role and Mechanism of Gut Microbiota in Human Disease 2021

My New Supplement List (I cut a bunch of players)
3 - NAC. 4 - Glycine. 5 - Magnesium L-Threonate. 6 - Amazon brand Solimo
probiotics
. Here is what I kept: 1: Keto/Wahls version of the Specific Carbohydrate Diet (not a supplement, but just as important I think). 2: B1 500 mg in the morning. 3: Jigsaw Health Butyrex from T.E.

Symptoms but no diagnosis. Frustrating. I've tried everything and would appreciate any kind of advice. Please note this is a very long post.
I'm also taking Pepsi-X for my gut as well as L-Glutamine powder and liquid
probiotics
as she pointed out that the scan showed I had an H-Pylori bacterial gut infection. I also started on Omega 3 tablets, Slippery Elm, Vitamin D and Ocuvite for my eyes and recently Chlorella tablets.

Please Advice
Because of spine injury that occurred 35 years ago, my Dexa Scan indicates that (the spine) L2 is 3.2, L3 is 3.1, L4 is 3.6. My Endocrinologist has prescribed Prolia and am reminded to take this drug each time I visit him. I have hesitated taking this for many years and recently started an exercise

A few medical issues since starting DuoResp Spiromax 160/4.5 Budesonide/formoterol three weeks ago
I was quite Lactose intolerant for thirty years until 3 years ago when it went completely ( I suspect due to a regular dose of quality
probiotics
). However I am now suddenly extremely intolerant of lactose in cheese and milk! Do you think that I am allergic to Spiromax?

Fermented Food, Do or Don’t? 🤔
Besides the common side effect of bloating, they have been promoted as a great source of
probiotics
, reducing inflammation, increasing our immune system, digestive system, heart health, and even weight loss.

Chronic Constipation
I have tried: Prunes; more fruits/veggies; OTC softeners; laxatives; yogurt;
probiotics
; exercise.....and it is to a chronic stage. If I take prescription Linzess or Trulance provided by GI doctors, I am going and going and going. Softeners and some OTC laxatives don't work anymore.

Unable to get out of hypothyroid state no matter what!
i have quite the story. In 2018 I (mistakingly, I didn’t know how to properly lose weight then) crash dieted and dropped a ton of weight over a year. Because of this seriously extended caloric restriction, my body really got upset. I became hypothyroid with a low Total T3, low Free T4, but still a normal
