IBS gradually increased in frequency and severity so had to see what I could do. Thanks to the posts here I already feel much better. Used Buscopan which eased the stomach cramps quickly. Now taking probiotics (1 per day) and peppermint oil (2 per day) . Early days but definitely feeling better. Thanks all

Yes I take 2 Buscopan & 1 Colofac to ease stomach cramps. Hope this helps. I’m also on a Probiotic called Alflorax which I take 1 every morning & this works for me. Best of luck
