Fatty Liver severe Stage 3 no fibrosis
I also have been taking fish oil,
probiotics
, and milk thistle for years. I stopped taking Omeprazole and pain meds. I think I may add vitamin e? I would like to know what others think about that. I also take a teaspoon of tumeric daily and drink green tea and dandelion tea.

Has anyone had success losing weight while taking Hydroxy? I've been trying for several months and it's a painfully slow process. I'm on a daily regimen of 500mg. I noticed a small improvement when the dose was reduced slightly. A daily probiotic is helping a lot with bloating and I do drink about 2

Natural FET Vs medicated
Maybe I just take
probiotics
anyway?! We're pretty sure we won't do PGS testing. And then she said we could choose to do a natural FET instead of medicated. All my previous have been medicated and I've responded really well. Textbook.

I was diagnosed with IBS several years ago and had the usual investigations , colonoscopy, ultrasound etc - all clear. The condition did improve but has recently come back with a vengeance. Main symptoms - gripe on waking and urgent visit to the toilet. Pain after bowel movement and sometimes a second

Another interesting study. Nasal microbiome.
https://www.nature.com/articles/s41531-021-00254-y I had my nasal microbiome checked and I have some nasty bacteria in there. The study doesn't mean fixing it after the fact can help, but maybe so? Exposure to mold can mess up your sinus microbiome big time. I'm currently using a probiotic for the

I won’t write much about

Vitamin B1 and B3 question
Hi, I am seeing all the posts about Vitamin B1 and Niacin. I currently take a dopamine agonist mirapexin and a MAOI Selegeline low dose plus vitamin E, CoenzymQ as prescribed by my neurologist. I also recently started taking vitamin D. Could someone advise how much B1 and B3 to try and what time of day

Probiotics /digestive enzymes suggestions?
Me again, has anyone tried anything from the "just for tummies" website? I'm really struggling, low fodmap diet didn't really help, I'm staying off wheat and having a small amount of dairy, trying to watch my fibre intake to see if it helps. So completely scunnered (fed up for those who don't know this
