Constipated diarrhea
I’ve been to doctors, naturopaths, acupuncture, I drink water, juice veggies, take
probiotics
, glutamine, eat healthy, go to the gym and do everything to manage stress but I haven’t been able to fix this. Can you please let me know what you find out?

(Following on from my previous posts "Wish Me Luck!" and "Wish Me Luck! Update #1") Just two weeks to go before I’ve eliminated everything on the ‘Avoid’ list (all grains, alcohol, nightshades, legumes, dairy, eggs, nuts, seeds (including coffee) and some spices) and included everything on the ‘Add’

Kefir and Raspberry treat...🍶
I decided to have both together as prebiotics feed
probiotics
so I thought I'll have some of that...😊 and I like treats that pack a nutritional punch too.

Anyone else experience this
I normally keep my eyes on my bowels as I suffer constipation but the other day I took a full tablet of Bioglan probiotic - now I do find this taken in a small dose is good but because it has Saccromyces Boulardi in (which I do believe is better if you have diarrohea as opposed to constipation - so good

Gluten free Shortbread biscuits with coconut sugar ☕️
Whats interesting about coconut sugar is it contains inulin which helps
probiotics
to grow and flourish, so yes its still a sweetener and with calories but its an interesting alternative.

Hypo, hashi and needing exercise advise please.
Im taking supplements Liver support Magnesium Selenium B12 Iron ( with vit c) DHEA
Probiotics
My questions. Should I feel good on this lot?! I wake up exhausted and have very little energy all day. My brain fog devastates me. What exercise should I do and not do?

Supplement on 150mg magnesium citrate daily and probiotic. My energy

SIBO/ not SIBO ? Looking better, but still symptomatic
Finished with my antibiotics (and
probiotics
) for suspected SIBO - and looking undeniably healthy...... skin good, hair shiny, gums not bleeding and, for the first time in 10+years, no sore mouth with split corners- all this is true.

I have posted a month or so ago about
probiotics
, especially alflorex. Well having tried alflorex for 4 weeks I felt it wasnt helping at all. So went back to the multivitamin pill I have been taking for years which has
probiotics
in along with vitamins.... multibionata.

Confused by what vitamins &/or supplements are best for COPD
I've been taking Vitamin d3 with k2(mk7) as suggested but I've been researching other vitamins as well, e.g. magnesium and supplements e.g.
probiotics
, and I've spent hours and hours surfing the net for best combinations and getting way too carried away with it all.
