Kefir milk

Has anyone tried Kefir probiotic milk? I've has three small glasses over three days. I'm feeling rough and fatigue is bad, I don't know if it's the kefir or the the usual lupus rubbish

I drink kefir because I like it, it's easy to drink ( for me) and I hope the prebiotic cultures might help my digestion.

I've never had any reaction, but we are all so different it's sometimes hard to know

Hi kt11,

I haven't yet.. But it's on my list to start. My GP suggested it. I'll come back and post if it has similar effect. Meantime, I have begun making my own yoghurt with probiotic cultures and have had the best week in a while regarding fatigue. I'm sure it's a fluke, as the GP only suggested it to help with gut issues.

Thank you panda2, I don't think it was the kefir after all as I felt the same last week! I'm so pleased that you have had a great week, I hope it continues, keep us updated on the yoghurt x
