I take vitamin D3,
Potassium
Chloride
25 mg, and I just recently started a triple magnesium supplement. I was prescribed Zoloft 25 mg and was told to take half the pill at night to sleep off any side effects. And after 2 weeks, work my way up to the full pill.

Potassium iodide pre surgery
So I have my op on Friday for TT. The hospital in London called me to ask if I could go to my doc to get a prescription for potassium iodide. I live in Somerset and my pharmacy can’t get hold of it. I’m told it helps with excessive blood flow during surgery. It makes me slightly nervous that this is

Body Ph and Alkalinizing Supplements to reverse Osteopenia
I am 33 years old male diagnosed with Osteopenia. Which is strange because: -I don't take any medicines -I have been lifting heavy weight in gym from when I was 20 -Not hereditary risk -I don't smoke or drink alcohol But I do have some health problems (no energy and very slow regeneration after workout

Magnesium Information
The other interesting thing I learned is that there's a test that's much more reliable than blood tests for determining the levels of magnesium,
potassium
, sodium, phosphorus,
chloride
, and calcium.

I want to thank DebraM for sharing your story & remedies, as some of my symptoms/conditions are very similar ~ fybromyalgia, hashimoto's & enlarged lymph glands, h.pylori, among other 'things.' LCHF could be a boon for Diabetes if practised scientifically, but beginners may face a challenge if he is a vegetarian !
As a T2, You feel great with LCHF diet - thanks to this forum, you keep getting tips from the veterans to overcome the initial hurdles. It is a science - now getting recognised all over as a solution for obesity and diabetes. Once you undetstand the science and practice LCHF, you don't feel like

Vegans save the planet (possibly)
Jerry raised an important point the other day concerning human health and the health of the planet. While it’s fashionable these days to tout meat-free diets as a cure for global warming (I think Angela Merkel was the latest to make a statement along those lines) it’s not really that simple. Some facts

What's worked for me
Hi all: I've been reading your posts for the last couple of months and I've appreciated some of the good ideas for dealing with rls. So, I thought I'd share what's been fairly reliable for me. I'm 36 and have had rls for as long as I can remember. My case is not severe enough for me to try prescription
