Restless Legs Syndrome
I recently had a major operation to remove an extremely large
polyp
from my bowel. My bowel has been reduced by app. 25%. My previous doctor prescribed Pregabalin 125 mg. He said that he would not prescribe a higher dose because of the dangers. I accepted this.

Advice please! re inhalers, steroids, personality, voice... and breathing balance.
Also it seems when I can breathe clearly with it, that since my sinus surgery (
polyp
removal and opening sinuses with bone removal I think) I get 'too much air to handle' and start overbreathing, gulping, swallowing, closing over throat etc.

Shocked and confused about gallbladder result
I've read that a
polyp
or mass of that size carries a greater likelihood of malignancy and I am really scared!

petrified about possible colon cancer symptoms/diagnostic process
About 4 years ago, I had a 14mm
polyp
removed during a colonoscopy. The symptom that led me to get checked, was chronic upper left abdominal discomfort - some pain, mostly a dull ache. I also had a simultaneous endoscopy which showed my stomach to be one giant patch of gastritis.

Pain from ribs to knees with added extras
in 2022 heavy bleeding started so went to gp, told to go on pill or have coil (no ta) sent away. bleeding got worse again so finally sent for scan in 2023 to find a
polyp
that was removed months later via hystroscopy. Periods now send me to the floor, so so painful and very heavy.

Possible unilateral endometrioma question
All was clear with HSG, hysteroscopy where a small
polyp
was removed. The only thing they found was a 2cm cyst on my right ovary that was sugestive of endometrioma. Fast forward to March I found I was pregnant but sadly miscarried at 8 weeks.

Hemorrhoids
have had bleeding, but not for months, red blood🩸 I have had colonoscopies every 2 years, never more than one very small
polyp
found. Tested ok. I was reading on this forum that some have been given medication for their hemorrhoids? Never knew there was such a thing??

Hi Everyone, I’m a newbie
I was to have day surgery a few weeks ago to remove an anal
polyp
which might be cancerous but despite having a thorough pre op assessment, the anaesthetist said I could not be treated unless a bed could be found for me that evening.

If my peak flow has always been low what will spirometry reveal?
I have been referred for spirometry testing due to some symptoms which the cause is unclear (sinus
polyp
issues/acid reflux/chest tightening) However my peak flow has always been low.

First unsuccessful transfer
I had a scan which showed a
polyp
so I had a laparoscopy and hysteroscopy to check my tubes last February. They removed the
polyp
and found grade 1-2 endometriosis which was removed. We were told to try for another 6 months but after no success we were told IVF we would be our only option.

Polyp Frozen Embryo Transfer
I have just had my second scan on Day 5 and they have seen a
polyp
which means I have to do a Frozen embryo transfer. They said they will wait to see if it goes once I have my period but if it doesn’t they will remove it. How long would I have to wait for a frozen embryo transfer?

Any advice or help please
They found a malignant stenosing colonic tumour and 5mm
polyp
. The
polyp
was removed and not cancerous. They were not able to see the full bowel/colon as the tumour was obstructing the camera. She has been booked for a CT scan on 8th March.

Hello ladies, I want to have a small
polyp
in my uterus removed before further IVF treatment. Any recommendation for a reputable specialist at reasonable price? I'm living in Basingstoke. Best wishes for you all!

new diagnosis - probable mucinous ovarian cancer
Meanwhile my hysteroscopy showed a benign
polyp
. So I was blindsided when at my review he told me I had probable mucinous OC and at best a borderline ovarian tumour. I've now been referred for a CT chest, abdomen and pelvis with a hysterectomy, oophrectomy, appendix and ommentum removal booked.
