I have constant tummy growling loud banging noises with gurgles bubbles. Quite embarrassing at times. Colonoscopy year ago found a tubular polyp with low grade dysplasia. Loose stools or constipation. On numerous meds for all kind of reasons. It scares me alot as i always think of worst.

Most medications can give you problems with your bowel movements. Some make you constipated and others can give you diarrhoea, so it could just be the medications that you are taking for your other ailments!

Have you tried to change your diet? Charcol tablets and apple cider tablets have helped me calm down the orchestra in my gut.

It is a long winding road but you have to keep trying.
