Scared and lost
There was a
polyp
in my colon which he removed. He ordered an ELF test which was 9.16. He said that was not high but I know it is not low either! I did the test after having Covid but I can’t see that having an impact. My platelets count was very high probably because of COVID.

Along with stage 3 on bladder, rectum, pelvis wall and ovaries I had a endometrial
polyp
removed too. I’d say my spotting has improved but still very random. Thank you

*sensitive* BFP on FET and confusing thoughts consuming me and stealing joy

Diagnosed after 6 years
I had an ultrasound appointment on Tuesday and got told I have an endometriol
polyp
and a 6cm endometrioma (chocolate cyst) on my right ovary. Apart from that I have been sent the generic advice leaflet from my GP.

Doing so well - but cause for concern now.
In December 2022, I underwent a colonoscopy, as a result of which a
polyp
was removed in two pieces from my remaining bowel and which was tested at the hospital. I later saw the Colorectal consultant and was informed that cancer was found in the head of the
polyp
but not in the remaining stalk.

Advice please?
I have paid for 2 private ultrasound scans which were both clear minus a tiny gallbladder
polyp
. I then had an NHS ultrasound scan which the gastroenterology consultant said the sonographer had reported a slightly coarse echotexture to my liver.

Polyps are back -update
On scanning another
polyp
was detected. The question now is do I have it taken out again or proceed and hope it doesn’t hinder the transfer? My consultant is in 2 camps on this and another scan is booked for Thursday to see if the lining is ready and / or the
polyp
has grown.

Non alcoholic fatty liver
A few years ago I had my gallbladder removed due to it being full of stones and a large
polyp
and they found that I have fatty liver disease. The only advise I was given was to drop my calories to 200 a day for a few weeks to get rid of all the fat. I haven't been able to do this.

sessile polyp
Hi After a Colonoscopy, I was told I had a Sessile Serrated
Polyp
in right colon. It was removed at the time. The consultant had said these things are hard to see and don’t always bleed, so aren’t always picked up on screenings.

IBS Colitis or what?
I go for colonoscopies every 2 years after finding a cancerous small
polyp
(removed and resectioned with clips at Mayo, great hospital and doctors), and have had no problems in the past several years.

Polyp at baseline scan
Afternoon, so I went and had my baseline scan this morning and my consultant found a teeny tiny
polyp
she said its nothing to worry about as its so small at 0.35mm and where its positioned in the womb but she wants a second opinion before 100% agreeing to double transfer on Monday.

latest bloods - thoughts please
History of low ferritin- heavy bleeding every month due to a
polyp
that needs removing. I have no breakdowns of vitamins because they’ve not been tested , and the actions after the tests are that I need a ferritin infusion and Levi increased to 125 five days a week.

stable but raised ca125
I have had two normal ultrasounds along with a CT scan that showed only a small functional cyst of around 2 cm, which has since resolved itself and a hysteroscopy which was normal aside from a very small
polyp
that was removed at the time.

Rectal Bleeding Very Concerned
I had a FIT done and it came back “satisfactory” but I’m very worried…waiting to see a GI specialist really fearing something serious as I’ve had 4 GPs in London that said either haemorrhoid or fissure and a Dr back home had a look and said no haemorrhoids could be a

Could there be another reason for this appointment?
I was told I had thickened womb lining, a very large
polyp
and a cyst on my ovary. A biopsy was taken of the
polyp
and a CA125 blood test carried out. I was scheduled for a second hysteroscopy to remove the
polyp
and fit a coil.
