Hello, I am 51 and have

PLANTS ARE GREAT!
I love plants and have many different kinds indoors and outdoors in the garden. I recently read an article online about good plants and some to avoid. The right plants can add moisture (humidity) to indoor air and can provide lots of health benefits. For example: 1. Rubber plants are great

How I overcame IBS-D
Dear all, I periodically post this advice to help new-comers to the subject. I consider myself a recovered IBS-sufferer and so like to share what I learned. I hope that you are keeping sane during the lockdown! This is my general approach to help people understand and repair their gastro-intestinal

Endo, the pill and kidneys?
I’ve been getting quite a lot of pain in my sides and mid back deep inside recently which usually occurs as the day is beginning to end. I also get stomach pains which I’ve had for ages but usually disappears when I’m on birth control. After dinner it usually starts and I feel bloated in my back if that

Awaiting Diagnosis
My GP didn’t say much except telling me she’s never seen it before in someone my age and mentioned the term ‘
Polycythaemia
Vera
’ and referred me to a haematologist, I see him on 23rd of April. My white blood cells are fine I believe, platelets were at 180.

Red marks on penis head
About 2 1/2 weeks ago I noticed some discomfort while masturbating and saw that I had a shiny red rash on the underside of my penis head. I googled some things and thought that it could be a friction burn as am a little rough when I masturbate. I tried coconut oil and aloe Vera for a week. It seemed

Periods worsening every time I take a break from hormones?
On the evra patch, took it off to have a period before switching to the pill (logynon) as the patch was causing high blood pressure and palpitations. Every time I take my patch off if seems to get worse. This morning I had a tightening pain from my bottom left abdomen which traveled up through my ribs

You can make your own hand sanitizer really easy. 3 parts rubbing alcohol (93%) and 1 part aloe Vera gel.

RE- Hand Sanitiser
I have made up my own sanitiser after reading the advice from WHO. Use Isopropyl alcohol or 150% proof Grain Alcohol. Then fill 70% of a pump bottle with the alcohol, then few drops of glycerine for moisturiser or aloe vera and maybe tea tree for fragrance then top up with water. I couldn't get glycerine

Type 2 Diabetes potential home remedy cure
Type 2 diabetes (also called diabetes mellitus) results from the perfect storm of not enough movement, too much of the wrong foods, emotional stress, lack of sleep, toxins, and genetics. More often than not, patients with type 2 diabetes look towards natural medicine in addition to their conventional

Coronia the hand stuff ! A warning tip.
Well having successfully making a recipe I found on here using rubbing alcohol and aloe vera in a 100 gr bottle I went for the big one. A litre! well I've got back from the local And E as the fumes were awful. But not dangerous as its not a poison. And the nurse asked for the recipe too. The headache

Polycythaemia vera, Hydroxycarbamide and possible side-effects
Hi all, I am 63 and have been on Hydroxycarbamide, aspirin, cetirizine and omeprazole since 2017 when I was diagnosed with PV. I am plagued with urinary infections (UTIs) sometimes as much as once a month. I have had loads of tests to see if there are local eg bladder problems and there aren’t. Does
