Been infection free for a year, but feels like start of flu coming on. Really nervous about it getting on my chest.
Last time I had flu I ended up in hospital with tracheitis and that was before I had the breathing issues I have now. Fingers crossed.

W4R2: done and enjoyed!
Good morning one and all. :-) My apologies for this being rushed: I'm in the midst of getting ready for work. I want the Bank Holidays back! :-( Well, this morning was my second run of week four. The 'dreaded' run 2. I decided I had enough of this dreading the second run, like I have in the past;

Guaifenesin?
Hi Everyone, Has anyone used Guaifenesin to treat the symptoms of Fibromyalgia and how have you got on with it, has it helped? My Naturopath suggested it as it's supposed to help rid excess phosphate from the body.

Anyone been on tocilizumab?
Hi all We had a call on the helpline today from someone wanting to know what being on tocilizumab is like. Specifically, they wondered if people tend to feel ill on the day of the infusion/the days after. As this is one of the newer medications, we have less experience of speaking to people who are

What kind of symptoms have you had? How was it diagnosed? I have never had it. Now I have sharp pain in my chest, but it is not hard. It comes and goes.

Rheumy Appt in 2 weeks tips on what to ask
So the long awaited appointment occurs in 2 weeks and hopefully I will finally get some answers after a very very long and frustrating wait. Any treatments will be dependent on the outcome of my recent disastrous liver biopsy, (BTW I have pleurisy in my chest cavity as a result) so I wanted to go in
