Hi ive been on nifedipine (adlet) but while in hospital they took me off it as a well known side affect is it drops your blood pressure. I use to get redness and like a mottled affect on my legs. But it is brill for circulation especially after a blood clot it also helps me in winter to keep circulation going. Im not sure if I felt sick but I am sure we take so many tablets not sure which one makes you feel sick. I did definatly go red and certain tablets to exagerate the nifedipine (adalet) Hope that helps. ?
Andrea
was prescribed them for around two years for raynuads taken off because they were causing migrains they did help the reynuads
Hi farmerfester,
I'm also getting really bad headakes, never got headaks befor but recently my headaks have increased and taking adalat makes me feel worse red feet feel sickish and head kills?
Tonkawomen69, there really good for circulation coz my feet use to alway be blue/purple and since taking the pills there bright red and seem to be on fire? No problem with low blood pressure coz iv got high blood pressure instead.
you,l need to go back to docter who prescribed them and tell them i was having migrains on almost a daily basis.
Did they take you off them?
i was prescribed adlat. It did not work for me as it made my legs and face swell. It also made my blood results different which did not help the transplant that i had. I am now taking 5mg amlodopine which is a lot more better for my blood pressure. Make sure you tell your doctor about the side effects that you are having so that he can try other medication.
I will defo tell my doc about the side effects, this medication int working to well for me
