Hello
Did you feel that the infusion could have been done this week, The only thing they can do, wait till the treatment is given and then see if the medication is working., If you suffer problems with your initial treatment they have a point of reference, If you take different medications you may suffer problems that may not be picked up.
Give time to fulfil your requirements, It may be that they have not an appointment available at this time.
Sadly we all on here hit problems with clinics etc and we feel I want treatment now. sometimes treatment need to wait until a slot is available
Waiting can be such a pain
Good Luck
BOB .
Was calling today as the steroid infusion had last week didn't help much, was just annoyed with call as she was one of the ones with a "just get on and deal with it attitude" normally I find my clinic really helpful where advice goes

Hello Jo
I hate that attitude, its not going to happen saying, or when they turn around and say deal with it They really are there to deal with it
All the best
BOB
Hi crazyjo, I am going to my RA nurse in the morning got so much going on with my body don't know where to start lol, but like you I am not filled with hope that the appointment will bring any resolve, I think that the RA doctors don't see their patients enough and leave it all to the nurses.Sorry you had such a pointless appointment xxxx keep your chin up xx
Oh Jo bet you are so fed u p , well be strong , take the blooming painkillers and I hope next weeks infusion helps you so much xxxx
Not good here's hoping your infusion will help.Think sometimes if these people had to live like us sure think things would be very different xxx
Hugs Jo .. lots of gentle ones. xxx
I saw a rheumatology nurse with that kind of attitude last May and complained to PALS. I'd been on Humira for 3 months, got a severe kidney infection and yet she told me I could i) continue with Humira or ii) wait 3 months to see the Rheumatologist!
