I'm reaching out for advice on using Ginkgo Biloba to combat brain fog. My previous experience with the Amitamin Ginkgo complex yielded promising results in boosting mental clarity.
However, I've noticed it contains iodine (150ug), which I'd rather steer clear of. With that in mind, I'm contemplating trying the Solgar Ginkgo Vegetable Capsules, given Solgar's reputable standing.
Has anyone here tried the Solgar supplement, or could suggest similar options from different brands?
Additionally, I've noticed a tendency to want to keep my eyes closed most of the time, which makes me wonder if it could be related to blood flow to the brain.
Any insights you could provide would be immensely valuable.
