I use a 25 gauge by 1 inch length. I also use the union medico injector device made in Denmark. It has helped to greatly reduce the anxiety and pain of self-injecting. https://unionmedico.com/product/super-grip/

Hi everyone. I’m new here so I’m not too sure how this works but I’m struggling right now so thought I’d make a post. I’m 19, female, and I’m currently in the middle of changing my medication from sertraline to mirtazapine. At this current time I’m on 50mg of sertraline and 30 mirtazapine. I feel like

Ketamine Assisted Treatment
Hi!! I have been struggling with depression and anxiety for most of my life. I have continuously been on medication for 23 years. I was hospitalized this past summer after suffering with akathisia from a medication interaction. I’ve stopped taking several meds but continue to take 6 mental health meds

Venlafaxine issues
I am the main carer for my sister aged 75 who has been on antidepressants since her teenage years. Recently she has had a change of brands and is now on Bluefish Venlablue XL 75mg and is worried about the feelings she is experiencing. Has anyone else had similar problems going straight from one brand

Buserelin experiences
Hi ladies, it wont be long before I start our 3rd fresh cycle. We are at a new private clinic now we are self funding. We had a consultation last week, and they will be putting me on long protocol starting with buserelin injections. My last 2 cycles have only ever been short protocol, and I must say

Introduction
Well, like a lot of others, been suffering from depression for a very long time. First bout was in 1999 and it seems like celexa was the “cure” for that particular time. The next bout was about 10 years ago and after some trial and error, it seemed that Cymbalta worked the best to get me to function

Newbie Introduction
Hi all, I just wanted to post a little introduction, seeing as I'm new here. Anxiety and depression have been a lifetime struggle for me, although I was only recently officially diagnosed after hitting a breaking point with my anxiety. I've also been prescribed Zoloft, but I'm still in the very early

Tearful
Hi all, Does anyone else get really red cheeks and look tearful? Like you look sad and that you are maybe going to cry? My partner picked up on it last night, my anxiety seemed to peak after around 30 minutes and she said I looked like that for 30 minutes after that. I also felt a bit detached and that

I have started seeing a CBT therapist and he was the one that ended up diagnosing me with GAD/ Multiple
phobias
/ and PTSD. It was weird to hear everything become so real! i am on the road to recovery. I do have one question tho anyone deal with awful anxiety while weaning of nicotine :(

Starting prontogest intramuscular injection tomorrow- every other day
Hi ladies, I’ll be starting the Prontogest (on top of my 3 pessaries) tomorrow evening. It’s an intramuscular injection which means the needle is HUGE- 1.5 inches. Hubby will be performing the injections 🙈🙈🙈he’s not a nurse, of course 😂 I thought I got to a point where I am comfortable with needles

Feeling hopeful
I had what I feel like was a much needed session with my therapist this morning. We talked a lot about the fears I have, relating to death and social anxieties related to romantic relationships, and it was very cathartic. She helped me to not necessarily end all answer the questions, because they are

Work anxiety
Short post as I need some support as I am not thinking straight. I have had some bad feedback at work and the way this was delivered has caused me so much distress and anxiety over the past 7 days. I have already told the people involvement how I feel but I am now left with panic attacks and a constant

Hydrosalpinx and newly single!
Hello everyone- I'm new here so I hope I'm posting in the right place! I wondered if anyone here might be able to give me some much needed advice. I am 37 and I've been diagnosed with hydrosalpinx on one side. My partner and I were referred to start the IVF process but have recently split up 💔. Now

Muscle pain in leg
Hi So today I did week 2 run 1. It was hard I won’t lie as I’m a total newbie but I got through it. Only problem I’m having from the start is the muscle in my foot leading to my right leg. It’s hurts each time I fast walk and run. I thought it would be fine by week 2 but it’s still really hurting.
