My diagnosis is Anxiety and I can't understand it?
I was discharged and given some
Pep
-Cid for Acid Reflux. (Which I have never had in my entire life). The next two weeks were absolute hell. I started having panic attacks where my whole body would go numb and my chest would be on fire. My back hurt, arms hurts, you name it.

AMN and diet...
I did a strict paleo type diet(which was pretty much the Wahls diet) for 3 months last year and I felt incredible, I had an extra
pep
in my step. This was also without adding exercise to my routine so I can't imagine how well I would've felt.

Feeling a little blue
They are now adorned with throws and cushions to
pep
them up visually, but I just can't part with them. I have tried, last year I bought a very beautiful, very expensive new suite of softest leather. It resides in the back room.

Not a good running day :-(
It didn't feel great from the start, but I kept giving myself little
pep
talks and trying to find that positive mindset. At 15 mins I felt ok and that I was settling in to it a bit.

Tired!
Though after thinking about it, it might be nice to take something that may give me a little
pep
and hopefully decrease the brain fog I have too. Any advice would be appreciated! Has anyone ever taken this drug and is it hard on the liver or am I worrying for nothing?

1st Ever Parc run
A little
pep
talk for us newbies and a warm up, we were off! It did feel strange to be running with so many others but I really liked the positive vibe. Lots of very smiley people!

Pep
talks, platitudes and the so-called encouraging remarks only make matters worse. It is much better to follow the steps I have outlined below if you really want to help. What we can do to help depressed persons Most experts agree that just being there and being supportive can be very helpful.

acapella pep device is on nhs
Hi all don't know how many of you are aware, but the acapella
PEP
device to help clear mucus from airways, is available on prescription in UK. When I found out and asked my GP he said it was the first he had ever ordered, but did prescribe it for me.

Happy Saturdays are made on Friday
I certainly rewarded myself with sleep, and instead of reaching for the bottle of sugary alcohol to
pep
me up I took a 20 minute snooze. But to be a bit more social, I joined a swimming club, and set myself a goal of going every week.

W5R2 done - can't believe I've said that!
After a
pep
talk from GrannyJudes - listen up Peeps - decided I really had no excuse so put on my running gear, including brand new bright pink top, plugged into Laura and off I went on my old route as there aren't so many inclines.
