Paracetamol

It is 8mg codeine phosphate / 500mg paracetamol per tablet. I’m not sure if that is too little codeine to be effective. I’m also not sure how to manage ongoing pain once I am eventually off Pramipexole, if iron deficiency is not the cause or is not sufficient to get rid of the pain.

I started the Valsartan 3 days ago- I wanted it to fit in with my chronic meds, script, having been on the anti-biotic for 5 days (10 day course), and the night after the first one, I woke in agony with pain in my back and legs, same thing last night but controlled by a couple of paracetamol tabs.

He is on Madopar to see if that will help the tightness in his neck, I try and massage the area, he uses paracetamol. Any body else having this problem? Have you found ways to ease the pain? Many thanks

Paracetamol hasn’t really helped. I don’t know where to go from here.? Do people get withdrawal symptoms when dropping back down again? Do I stay on 9.5 mg and see if it improves? If it doesn’t improve what do I do? Could it be something else which is masked by the higher Pred?

I've got paracetamol, co-codamol and ibuprofen which I'm managing with, but I did feel irritated by his comment. I'd be interested to know if others have symptoms of fibromyalgia which are similar to mine.

I take thyroxine for autoimmune thyroid disease, and paracetamol for neuralgic headache and low dose aspirin for migraine aura prevention. I'm 67, weigh 60kg, not overweight, no alcohol etc.

I've managed to wean myself off morphine as a pain reliever and so rely on Ibuprofen and Paracetamol. A hot bath helps too, but as you all will know living under the dark cloud of Enc. is not a thrill.

They gave me some paracetamol at the clinic but it didn’t shift it. I do normally get migraines which are connected with my cycle. One normally just after mid cycle and one a couple of days before my period.
