Paracetamol

My temperature is high & I'm taking paracetamol for that.My question is, should I alter my T4/NDT dose? I haven't been ill at all since I started on thyroid meds in 2015. I wondered if I should increase, decrease or stay the same? Thanks

I never take meds, not even a paracetamol for a headache. I'm scared of how this medication will make me feel. Also I'm scared of the scan due to the fact I have to have a contrast dye. I'm also worried my HR won't be low enough at the scan due to my anxiety.

I usually take paracetamol which usually takes the pain away. Having read the response to Magsig problem, I'm wondering whether my pred dose is too low. Last year I had keyhole surgery on my left knee which after sometime returned to normal and walking was a joy!

I had some paracetamol in my coat before I left to visit the doctor. I remember noticing it and thinking ill dispose of this so the cats won't get into it but when my compulsion triggered (before bed) the paracetamol was no longer in my coat.

I appreciate alot has happened inside but didn't expect to still need to take paracetamol sometimes. The bruising has nearly gone. Does this sound normal or should I tell someone?

I take a combination of: (depending on what's pains/issues are going on) tranexamic acid, mefenamic acid, ibuprofen, codine/ tramadol paracetamol, naproxen, Diclofenac sodium, Propranolol (for the anxiety) Omeprazole. Personally I find the naproxen and codine are usually best, for me.

Upped prednisone dose to 10mg on Aug 1 due to worsening symptoms. I felt better for several weeks however presently I have upper body pain: arms, neck, also jaw and head. The jaw/head pain is relieved with acetaminophen but not the arm/shoulder pain. Fatigue has been an issue as well. I am a bit worried

I'm taking Paracetamol but it's not really touching the pain. I've been for some short walks, but having to come home due to pain getting worse or needing the loo. I feel like I can't deal with the emotional impact while still feeling ill.

Just been diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism - GP has given me Propanolol and carbimazole - I now wait for clinic appoitment I have been told 49 weeks up this way. I only take paracetamol at night. Got appt with doc next week. Was referred to rheum specialist but they knocked it back and I never saw them and told gp it's pmr and issue steroids. My point is. If my CRP and ear are coming down and pain and stiffness getting better, is this common for pmr?

I am not allowed to take codeine, just oramorph and paracetamol, obviously the gabapentin is not working yet, have been on it for a month. I don't know how to control this pain. Somebody suggested a tems machine, not sure what else I can do, it is keeping me awake and its hard to focus.

Stopped all paracetamol and just took the Naproxine plus 8.5 mg Pred. I see in the NHS web page that I should not take these two drugs, so trying without Naproxine today. I sleep in a chair with legs elevated for the moment but no improvement.
