Forearm pain

Shooting left forearm pain put deep freeze on nothing had a paracetamol nothing ... any advice ?

Do you think It's fibro pain? If your worried and It's a new pain you should talk to your GP, Or call 111,To get some advice,

I had a fall on the stairs back in Jan and as I was falling I kept my left arm straight because I had the cat and Wallop,Straight on my left shoulder with the cat aloft, The cat was okay and I had a cracking bruise that went from my shoulder down to my waist,

It's still giving me grief but the cat was okay, Just realised that was the last time I fell (I think) Woohoo

Keep it moving although it probably hurts, Keep pushing yourself to do it,

We are after all Fibro warriors, I hope you can find something soon and get some rest if possible,
