Lower Back Pain
Hello, I have suffered from lower back
pain
for years on and off, having MRI Scans, physio sessions, taking
pain
killers. This year the
pain
never goes away. The MRI Scan shows dehydrated bulging discs at L4 & L5. I exercise and walk.

I’m back😁. Used to be Dtech.
Massive
pain
couldn’t sleep or walk. So off to GPs, saw a nurse, sent me for x-Ray, came back; mild osteo arthritis, no further action! Errrm no, I’m still in
pain
etc back to Drs. Saw a Dr, well would you like stronger painkillers? Would that cure my hip?? Err no!

Nubeqa and pain medication
I'm starting Nubeqa and from what I read your not suppose to take
pain
meds like tylenol, aleve, ibebrofin, asprin etc. My question is ... has anyone taking Nubeqa used any
pain
meds for their
pain
, if so what kind and did it react with the Nubeqa.

Do I have PMR?
By bedtime that night, my
pain
was gone. As the dose was reduced by 5 mg a day, my
pain
came back. I had some prednisone from several years ago, and I have been taking it until I can see my primary care doctor. It is keeping me almost
pain
free. .

struggling to get diagnosed
Since I was 13 I have been dealing with significant
pain
in my lower abdomen and back, particularly during my menstrual cycle. The intensity of the
pain
has been increasing, to the point where it is impacting my ability to carry out normal daily activities some days.

Could pain under my ribs be endometriosis?
My gallbladder looked small on the ultrasound scan which they thought may be the cause of my
pain
if not working properly or if I may have passed stones but none could be seen.

Side effects?
I know it’s in the patient information leaflet but I was slightly startled when I saw significant bleeding yesterday that was accompanied by agonising
pain
in my pelvic area. I took some painkillers and they didn’t help with the
pain
at all and I lost hours of sleep to the
pain
.

Feeling guilty for using pain meds.
I'm happy to go along with this if i have to (even though the timing is ridiculous when finally on the waiting list and the worst
pain
of my life) but its the constant guilt every time i use
pain
relief.

Leg Pain pt 3
One minute just normal and next day
pain
in leg. The surgery physio just gave me exercises which made it worse. Now worried if they caused it to escalate. Anyone out there with this and how they manage would be helpful. Thank you all.

Ibruphen tablets v gel
Hubby has been advised to take
pain
killers for the awful
pain
he’s getting with cervical stenosis. Think his body is getting used to the regular paracetamol, and he’s now having the odd dose of ibruphen. Someone has suggested using the gel instead as it’s easier on the stomach.

Could BAT be our last chance?
My husband (on Lupron, castration resistant and tried every treatment) checked into the hospital 10 days ago for intense bone
pain
that requires heavy morphine. He has weakened bone marrow with low platelets and low red blood cells. He's getting palliative radiation for
pain
in a few places.

Caution: regarding medical procedure to insert a gel to protect organs while undergoing radiation
Typically the
pain
is sporadic and only a 3-4 out of 10. I have in the past had a couple very painful bouts of sciatica where the
pain
was a 9+ but only lasting a day. I manage it well with exercise and PT regularly . But in this procedure I was put to sleep and unaware of what was being done.
