Do I still have Endometriosis?
This probably sounds bizarre and silly but I'm struggling with the concept that my endometriosis is back or never went away in the first place. I had excision surgery back in 2021 and was it success. Doctor said he got rid of it all and he wouldn't see me again. I took this to mean I had Endometriosis

Most of my difficulties with Osteoradionecrosis were associated with the right hand side of my jaw which I was finally starting to manage to a reasonable level of discomfort (I also

My PMR Journey so far
The condition started with a stiff neck and in early February I experienced a lot of pain in my upper arms, a great deal of stiffness and loss of energy and strength. It took a few weeks to get to see a GP and initially he only prescribed painkillers. I eventually got Prednisone prescribed after a second

The battle is over
Pain

was the only treatment. I had expected that the many lesions growth would have been continuous until they sucked life from him., so the sudden death spared him what I envisioned to be a rather awful death. For this I am grateful.

Magnesium salts and RLS: malate, glycinate or citrate
Just following up on a recent post recommending magnesium malate for RLS, quoting recommendations made by Californian company Pure Biogenics in promoting their RLS supplement Seratame. Looking into this, experiments on rats suggested that malate may be the most bio-available form of magnesium; there
