Hospital visit.
On Friday I went into the hospital with chest pain after 3 days of antibiotics. I was pale, shaking, cold and hot and I thought I was having a heart attack. At the hospital I was given diazepam and told my heart is fine but my blood pressure was too high and to calm down so they could do other tests

Hey, I'm new here... My anxieties have gone through the roof and beyond... I cant function at all.... called the dr in desperation and got given 2mg diazepam. It helped sort of in the moment but then I was gone again. just the most awful panic attacks that I cant come down from, hypervigilant inbetween

This’s the first time for me joining a group with medical conditions.
RLS has been a problem in the past.It has again raised its ugly head while detoxing from diazepam. I found it interesting to read that some have found that cannibis has been found to help. We have been able to grow it legally where we live. I am going to give it a try and post my experience in the near

How can I take BP meds when my BP & heart rate are so extreme?
I'm now taking for anxiety, clonazepam, diazepam as required & most recently 150mg sertraline (Zoloft) The sertraline doc said was to lower my anxiety which he says is the reason for my erratic blood pressure, often high 160/110 but otherwise my norm is 140/90, but sometimes 100/70 and for several long

Nuplazid & experimenting in the midst of a pandemic
So I was overjoyed when the neurologist suggested trying Nuplazid for my husbands hallucinations. Picked up the samples from the office building wearing mask & gloves. Although the doctor had said give it mornings, I called & asked if we could start that afternoon. He called back at 5 and said yes.

Dizziness and anxiety
Does anyone else’s anxiety make them feel dizzy, off balance or light headed every single day? I wake up with it and depending on the day, it comes back again later. Only thing that helps is lorazepam.

Anyone been here?
Dear All, Last night I thought it was the end as i could hardly breathe and was in an incredible weak state. I am not eating very much as have no appetite and getting sick for eating certain things. Talked to my daughter-in-law in the middle of the night, she manages a care home and she thought it could

New job anxiety
Hi everyone! I’m new to this community. I dealt with anxiety for over 12 years and manage it pretty well...until today. I started a new job and have to work remotely due to the Coronavirus. I had a horrible anxiety attack before my first virtual meeting and had to take a lorazepam to calm down. I’m

Can't seem to stop constant underarm odor
Hello, My wife has had PD for around four years. This strong underarm odor always returns in 1-2 days after a good cleaning. The anti-perspirant deodorants make no difference at all, because she very seldom, if ever, perspires/sweats. I've started using my Brut deodorant on her but that was no help either

Ongoing Anxiety
Hi Everyone, Im new to this forum although am registered on the Lupus forum. I have been suffering with anxiety for as long as I can remember, was first treated with Citalopram back in 2014 but my symptoms back then were not really major. I also did CBT therapy however that itself didn't benefit as much
