White Blood Cells and traces of bood in urine!
Hi there, I'm looking for some help! For the past 5 years I've shown symptoms for Endo, now I'm awaiting a laparoscopy, however for the past 10 months I've regularly done urine samples but they keep coming back with high counts of white blood cells and traces of blood, the doctor gave me antibiotics

Oncologist phone consultation.
I have just had the phone call. The result from the PET scan was mixed, the malignant tumour in the top left lobe remains stable, still in remission, no change. The nodule in my top right lobe is now in question and has grown 4 mm since a CT scan in Jan. Now at 31 mm, although it is not very clear with

Help! Switching milk feeds from baby bottle to sippy cup....
Looking for some help please. My son is 1 and I know by now I need to stop using normal baby bottles for his milk. I'm having real trouble though as every single other thing I've tried he's just thrown a massive tantrum at, spat the milk out, aggressively pushed the bottles away, thrown them around and

Urine infection
Hi All,I’m just reaching out to you all to see if anyone can suggest a good antibiotic for a water infection. I suffer severely with my stomach, and most antibiotics put me through a hell of a lot of pain. I’ve took one week of an antibiotic that seemed ok,but it turns out it hasn’t cleared it up.

Developments in the Continued Search for a Prostate Cancer Vaccine...
Greetings FPC members, As some of you know, I believe that the development of a vaccine or vaccines is crucial to developing a cure for PCa and certainly for achieving longer remissions. Activation of our immune system is the key. We have seen the development of Provenge which has proven useful for some

Is laparoscopy worth it if I'm not in severe pain? (Severe endo)
2 years ago now I started getting mild pains and UTI symptoms. After multiple dipstick tests (that showed no UTI) I was referred to gynae, then an ultrasound (2 cysts and adhesions), then an MRI (severe endo all over the bowel, ovaries and bladder). I've been put on Triptorelin shots to prepare for the

Starting High School
My son is now 11 and has suffered from bladder problems since he was a baby. He has an over active bladder and a small bladder capacity (about 90ml). The specialist has ruled out constipation and has put him on Tolterodine, which I suppose is helping a little, but he still has frequent accidents.

Stem cell therapy as a single agent or in combination with standard therapies.
I read somewhere about why tumors grow back after radiation or chemotherapy and a simplified explanation was that it was all about the damaged healthy tissue surrounding any of the leftover cancerous cells and if this tissue is made up of young cells or mature cells. The cancerous cells do not like
