Newly-discovered Micro-Mets: What would you do?
Recent (my first) PSMA Pylarify scan shows I've acquired 9-10 tiny lymph node metastases scattered in the common iliac, mediastinal, and left supraclavicular regions of my body. I'm still hormone-sensitive, but would prefer not to go back on ADT if possible (history of heart concerns). Area radiation

Early morning pain and wind
Hi I was having bad constipation and my GP suggested linseed oil each day and adding oats to my diet. Definitely helped and having daily bowel movements but I still wake up with terrible wind and pain at about 5.00 every morning. Never go to toilet until about 8.00 am. Any suggestions what I can take

Baby in breach position
My baby is in breech position. And I'm confused and afraid to do ecv. Because during this 8 month pregnancy I already faced many problems and always feel pain.(because yesterday dr. Told me that ecv is a painful procedure. And I don't want to give more pain to my baby.) Now I don't want any more pain

Genetic Pathology Report is in, now what?
Hello all, since the disease is progressing aggressively (less than 8 months), we requested an updated genetic analysis of solid tumor (lymph node). Before we discuss with MO (who replies the findings indicate continuation of SOC (Docetaxel + Carboplatin), the key oncogenic markers are: ERBB3 (2.3%)

Risks of RT for bowel/bladder damage
I am new to the forum, and I expect to begin Radiation Therapy in March or April after two months of ADT. Among the many disturbing aspects of the treatment are the side effects of RT. Can anyone direct me to info on the risk of RT damaging the colon, bladder or rectum and then requiring even more disturbing

Hi Ladies, I received my PET scan results yesterday and it confirmed the beast is back! It is in a lymph node in the pelvis. It’s going to MDT today to discuss whether I have a second surgery and chemo or just chemo. Chemo will be carbo and doxorubicin. Has anyone experienced this combination of drugs

Duke "CHAMP" trial update
Cousins, We found my limits to the immunotherapies added to my chemotherapies in this trial. Infusion 6 and 7 seemed to take my body down to where it was time to stop the immunotherapies and just do chemo. Thank goodness! Chemo bad days are few, chemo+immuno bad days were many once they built up in my

Bladder, Groin and back pain.
Hi there I am a 35 year old woman. And I'm looking for some advice and if anyone can shed some light. 2 weeks ago I had what it seemed a uti. I was in severe pain in my bladder area. I've been prescribed antibiotics twice (nitrofurantoin). My urine sample was negative however. There were no nitrites
